Now All PRO-WEAR Arc Flash Protection Garments are CE 0120 Certified

Salisbury is proud to announce that all PRO-WEAR arc flash protective garments are CE 0120 certified. After extensive testing and numerous documentation submissions, the entire line of garments has been certified. This includes all PRO-HOODs, all PRO-WEAR coats, hooded jackets, bib overalls, coveralls, overpants and PRO-WEAR arc flash protection kits.

This certification allows the sale of Salisbury's PRO-WEAR arc flash protection garments to extend to the European market within the near future.

"In the EU only personal protective equipment that has been CE Marked by the manufacturer as meeting the relevant requirements of Directive 89/686/EEC can be legally sold.

In other countries such as: Turkey, Norway & Switzerland, PPE products are normally only allowed into the country if they have been CE Marked.

In other countries (examples: Australia & Chile) CE Marked products are often considered as meeting the relevant standards, if they have been CE Marked for the European market, without the need for additional testing to the relevant national standards!"
